Carpathia Properties & Investments, Inc. is a real estate corporation licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, specializing in the brokering of health care facilities. Based in Lafayette, California since 1992, we moved our office in the fall of 2003 to its new location in Novato, in Marin County.
To ensure our ability to provide consistent and effective professional service, Carpathia Properties has focused primarily on the Northern California region (especially the greater San Francisco Bay Area) and locations within at least a 2-hour driving distance from our office. On occasion, we will consider marketing properties outside this geographical envelope to accommodate existing and/or past clients or their valued referrals. When representing buyers, Carpathia Properties can search for properties in their areas of interest, working either directly with a seller or with one of a few hand picked cooperating health care brokers.
While our experience has been in the successful marketing and sale of small 6-bed to medium-sized 40 bed+ senior assisted living, developmentally disabled, adult residential and skilled nursing facilities and convalescent hospitals, Carpathia Properties has also sold single family homes, multi residential units, medical office buildings and retail strip centers. With access to several Multiple Listing Services – both residential and commercial – we can help buyers and sellers with just about any real estate or 1031 exchange related purchases!
Lastly, with principals having strong backgrounds and working histories in banking and finance, Carpathia Properties can also provide assistance with your real estate financing needs: home mortgages, commercial loans, or SBA financing, even private investor loans.
