Carpathia Properties & Investments, Inc. provides a mobile notary service.
With at least 24 hour advance notice or by special appointment, we can provide notary services throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area region. Fees are negotiable, depending on what and how many documents needs to be notarized.
Please note travel fees will be assessed in addition to the charges
below however will be negotiated and agreed to prior to a confirmed appointment.

| Certified Power of Attorney | $10 per copy (GC 8211) |
| Copy of Journal Entry | $0.30 per copy of each Notary’s Journal page (GC 8206) |
| Depositions | $20 per deposition plus $5 for administering an oath to the witness and $5 for completing the certificate on the Deposition (GC 8211) |
| Jurats | $10 per person (GC 8211) |
| Oaths and Affirmations | $10 per person, with or without completion of a jurat (GC 8211) |
| Proofs of Execution by Subscribing Witness | $10 per signature of the principal proven by a Subscribing witness |
